Refunds
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days on store stocked items. A 20% restocking fee applies to all items. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We can only refund to the original method of payment with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you were given a gift, a store credit will be applied if the item is eligible for return. There are no refunds on special order items. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item or alternatively you can drop it off at the store. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at competitionclutchcanada@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, or alternatively you can drop it off at the store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All defective items will have to go through the manufacturer's warranty process. You must contact the manufacturer of the product to get it replaced or repaired. All warranties are honored through the manufacturer and not through Jspec Performance. If you need assistance please contact us.

- Special Ordered Items. We will email you within 24 to 48 hrs. Please double check your junk box for update (Once you have proceeded with the order it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.)
