Shipping policy

We ship daily at Competition Clutch Canada. Any order placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday will ship out same day. A signature is required at the time of delivery so please make sure someone is available to sign for your parts. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email associated with your order. If your item is damaged at the time of delivery please contact us within 48 hours so we can find a resolution. 

Please Note: If you are from the North West Territories Or Saskatchewan there will be additional shipping charges.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify us (Competition Clutch Canada) within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Competition Clutch Canada will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Competition Clutch Canada.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Transit Times

All orders ship via CANPAR or UPS Ground. Delivery times vary based on location. You can always track the status of your delivery online. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the times of delivery. If you require special service please contact us prior to ordering.
